Got Bands? is the first of the Resistance Band workouts. I taught this as a class at my gym and figured out all the possible ways that people can mess things up or get confused! So after refining the workout, I got it ready to film! It is very helpful to test workouts in my gym with real people who are not always at the same fitness level, this way I can make options for all levels to be able to do each workout.
This has the beautiful beach setting! My favorite!
